Welcome to version 0.9 of INS helpdesk system (using the Central Manchester CLC helpdesk issue management system).
This website allows you to submit issue reports and view your issue status.
The new helpdesk system is now active (finally!) Please use this system to report faults.
Please report any faults with the system itself. Currently search facilities are turned off, pending some required fixes, but should not be a problem as there are few faults in the system currently.
Should you be unable to report a fault because of a fault in this system, please call your normal support telephone number.
