We design our solutions to prevent 'Vendor-Lock-In' which results in lower prices, and we don't stop you looking elsewhere. We believe that if our solutions are good enough, our customers will stay with us, and don't believe in using underhanded techniques to force you to stay with us.

We use a variety of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) tools by preference, but can also deal with proprietary tools and software (we're pragmatic – we believe in the best tool for the job, given the constraints of the situation).
